Question 1 of 7
Why start with Relae before you are licensed?
Because the hard part comes before the license. The course, the exam, fingerprints, the application, contracting: that is where new agents stall, alone, with nobody telling them what comes next.
Relae gives you one clear path, one step at a time, with training and the CRM open from day one. People who decide exactly what they will do next, and when, are far more likely to follow through. The path makes that decision with you, every day.

Question 2 of 7
Why practice out loud before a live call?
Saying it beats reading it. In memory studies, people remember what they say out loud better than what they read silently. And skill comes from focused practice with feedback, not from reading more.
So you record yourself, hear it back, get a note from your manager and drill the objections. The first time a family hears your pitch is never the first time you have said it.

Question 3 of 7
Why is the dialer locked until my license is confirmed?
Because selling insurance without a license is against the law, and we will never put you at risk. A person at your agency confirms your license and NPN, then the dialer opens with your outbound aged veteran leads, refilled every week.
Until then, you are not paying for a phone system you cannot use yet. You are getting ready.

Question 4 of 7
What happens after I pass the exam?
You file your application, get your NPN, add non-resident states so you can write in more of the country, get E&O coverage and get contracted with your carriers.
Each one is the next step on the same path, so nothing falls into the gap between passing and your first dial. You always know the one thing to do today.

Question 5 of 7
Where do my leads come from, and why does quality matter?
Once your license is confirmed, your dialer opens with outbound aged veteran leads, refilled every week with the New Agent Path. When you want the Relae Proprietary Lead Campaign, you move onto that plan.
A lead in a state you cannot write, on a do-not-call list or called after hours is not a conversation. It is wasted time, or a problem. So every number is checked before it rings, and your hours go to families who can actually hear you out.

Question 6 of 7
What is persistency, and why do we care so much?
Persistency is the share of your policies that stay on the books. Commission is usually paid in advance when a policy is placed, so when a policy lapses early, that advance is clawed back. A sale that falls off is worse than no sale: the family loses its coverage and you lose the commission.
So we train you to fit the right policy to the family and make sure they understand what they bought. Your Book of Business in Relae leads with persistency, not with how many applications you wrote.

Question 7 of 7
Why do we do it this way?
Because we build training the way learning research says skills last. You take practice tests instead of only rereading, because testing yourself beats rereading for remembering it a week later. And your study plan spreads the work over the days to your exam, because spaced study beats cramming.
The job is helping families get coverage that lasts. An agent who is licensed, trained and calling the right people is building something that lasts too. Relae makes no representation about earnings.

Question 1 of 7: Why start with Relae before you are licensed?
Your price
One plan while you are licensing.
You do not pay for a dialer while you are studying for a state exam. Everything else — training, contracting software, the full CRM — is open from day one. When you are licensed, contracted and ready to purchase leads, you move onto a dialing plan.
Outbound aged veteran leads, refilled every week, once you are licensed

Your pre-licensing course and certificate hand-in
State exam prep and scheduling guidance
Contracting and carrier appointments tracked in-platform

Your pre-licensing course is part of the New Agent Path. The course provider bills for it directly, at a rate discounted through Relae, and that fee is separate from the New Agent Path. You hand in your certificate when you finish, and Relae tracks everything that comes after. Relae makes no representation about earnings.
